Ingredients
3 large potatoes (peeled and quartered)
Salt and pepper to taste
50g/2oz butter, melted
Method
1. Shred potatoes using the large shredding plate and add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Using a non-stick pan, heat butter in sauté pan.
3. Spread the shredded potatoes around the pan evenly and saute in butter until brown and crisp (it should resemble a pie). Cook for 3-4 minutes and then turn over with a slice and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Slice and serve.
