Ingredients of Recipe for Apple and pear Fizz
1 lemon
2 green apples
2 pears
300ml/1/2 pint sparking water, chilled ice cubes, to serve
Method of Recipe for Apple and pear Fizz
1. Remove the peel and pith from the lemon. Push the apples and pears through the juicer and then juice the lemon.
2. Pour into two glasses and top up with sparkling water. Add a few ice cubes to each glass.
